Account Access for Students
Our account access offers students a secure, fast and comprehensive way to access their individual financial aid information. Student can use Account Access 24/7 to manage their information by simply logging on to our free, interactive Website at aesSuccess.org. To register, they click on "Account Access" then "Create an Account" to create a user ID and password.
Features and Benefits include:
- Online Payments: Borrowers may make loan payments up to 60 days in advance of due date via withdrawals from checking or saving accounts.
- Information Changes: Changes to personal information (living arrangements, school transfers, etc.) online.
- Online Loan Applications: Borrowers may complete and electronically sign a MPN for a Stafford, PLUS or Consolidation loan.
- Tax Information: View the reportable interest paid during the previous tax year (1098e form)
- Loan Counseling: Borrowers may complete the required entrance and exit counseling online.
- Customer Service: Our eCommunications Center provides online visitors with instant access to customer service representatives via email or telephone. Our toll free number is 1-800-233-0557 with representatives available to provide technical support and answer questions about logging in or using the website. The eCommunications Center is available Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM (ET) and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ET), except major holidays.
